Privacy Policy

This policy is provided as a general reference and has not yet been reviewed by qualified Singapore legal counsel. Do Now (Do Tech Pte. Ltd.) intends to have this document formally reviewed before relying on it as a complete legal compliance statement.

Who we are

This website (donow.sg and dotech-website.pages.dev) is operated by Do Tech Pte. Ltd., trading as "Do Now", a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively submit it through our contact form: your name, work email address, the option you select for "what you need," and any message you write. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your enquiry is processed

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-processing service that receives the data you submit and forwards it to us by email. We do not control FormSubmit.co's infrastructure directly; their own privacy practices apply to the transmission of your submission. We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry.

Fonts and third-party resources

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and script libraries from the jsDelivr CDN. Loading these resources may expose your IP address to those providers as a normal function of serving web content, in line with their own privacy practices. We do not use these services to track you across other sites.

Your rights under PDPA

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent for us to use data you've provided (for example, asking us to delete a past enquiry). To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@donow.sg.

Data retention

We retain contact form enquiries only for as long as necessary to respond to you and maintain a reasonable business record, after which we aim to delete them unless you become a client (in which case data handling is governed by your service agreement, not this website policy).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
